Workbench area is un-timed during business hours providing no Host Networks staff are required to assist you.

1 Working day (24 hours) notice. (i.e. request 11am Friday for 11am Monday access)
First 15 minutes Free of Charge. $132/hr thereafter. Maximum of 2 free 15 minute visits PCM.
(Invoiced in 15 minute increments. Minimum charge $66)
Less than 1 working day notice/3 + visits for calendar month
$132/hr (Invoiced in 15 minute increments. Minimum charge $66)
After Hours Call Out (all other times including Public Holidays)
$77 Call Out + $198/hr (Invoiced in hourly increments. Minimum charge $275)

I acknowledge and agree to the above charges and at all times will be responsible for, and remain liable for, the acts or omissions of the Nominated Person/s Gaining Access. I indemnify Edge Centres Pty Ltd against any loss or damage caused, directly or indirectly, by the Nominated Person/s Gaining Access.

Charges

Business Hours (Mon - Fri 8am 6pm excl. public holidays)
$132/hr (invoiced in 15 minute increments. Minimum charge $66)
After Hours Remote Hands / Call-Out (all other times incl. public holidays)
$77 call-out + $198/hr (Invoiced in hourly increments. Minimum charge $275)
Please also call the on-call mobile to verify any emergency remote hands requests.

KVMoIP is available as an option. If required charges are as follows:
$44 per hour / $88 per half day (12 hours) / $132 per day (24 hours)
Call-out fee above applies for installation of KVMoIP After Hours.
Minimum Charge $44 during Business Hours and $319 for After Hours.
(Time charged from hand-over time until notified of completion)

I acknowledge and agree to the above charges and the cost of any parts/additional services and indemnify Edge Centres Pty Ltd against any loss or damage caused, directly or indirectly, by the Remote Hands service.
